Booking Contract
For people booking me, here's the contract I use, it's pretty standard. Basically it states the date, time, venue, location, production particulars, and payment plan so we all know what to expect when the date arrives. I don't have a fancy rider asking for green jelly beans or anything, lol, but I accept them if offered. Each contract is a little different depending on the distance traveled, the audience, whether I need to supply a PA, whether the band is included, all those types of things. Really, this is a handshake deal between you and me more than anything, it's a promise to you as much as me that we'll be professional about it all and deal with the unexpected as it happens with grace and good humor. The intent is to have fun, be prepared, work hard, and have a great event.
